Quick trip to Lethbridge, AB & HSBJ
Oct. 31- Nov. 1/2015
I always try to start my blogs with a favorite memory or photo. This trip John and I got a couple good ones.....mainly because we stepped off the beaten path. We went the opposite direction. We went down a gravel road were we didn't know its destination. It was a cold Chinook wind that blew across the prairie, the area is known for its strong winds...
And to top it off, some black thunderclouds came down from the north and threatened but never did produce anything.
This painted pony was the star of the day. Looks like he has been groomed for perhaps a parade. His mane has been looped and perhaps had ribbons in at one time...Now he is just having a bad hair day in this wind...
The bend in the road and HSBJ is on Indian Reservation land.
